Vatra has a long and rich history of successful collaborations with financial institutions of various sizes. One of our most recent and fruitful partnerships has been with NOA, a leader in Albania’s microfinance sector. Over its 25-year journey, NOA has made significant contributions to the country’s financial and economic development.
To mark this milestone and enter a new era, NOA approached Vatra for strategic insights and creative direction. Under the overarching theme #rrënjëtevendlindjes, we crafted a campaign that tells NOA’s story, highlights its values, and emphasizes its impact on businesses, farmers, and individuals across Albania.
The theme carries a strong socio-economic vision, encouraging investment in Albania by both locals and expats. At its heart are Albanian proverbs that evoke deep cultural connections: roots, language, memory, and heritage, all reinforcing the message that there is no better place to invest than home.
The strategy unfolded through a series of steps, phases, and creative approaches, including strengthening NOA’s visual identity, producing materials for campaigns focused on NOA’s products, introducing innovative solutions, promoting CSR initiatives, and supporting collaborative programs, among others.
