account manager

Vatra Tirana is looking for an Account Manager who can service our well-known client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

what you will do!

  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success;
  • Coordinating and facilitating of all project processes (including customer communication, briefing, presentations);
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Measure & report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis;
  • Interface between agency, customer and service providers.

what you should bring

  • Previous account management experience
  • Strong in project management from A-Z;
  • Organizational strength, hands-on mentality;
  • Team player.
  • Completed studies in marketing & communication or other economics fields
