The Gulf brand has a strong association with fuel retail that stretches back over a hundred years. Gulf Balkans, a company that owns sales and distribution rights in Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, and Montenegro, hired Vatra to freshen up the communication of the brand with its audience in the country.
We started by developing a new communication strategy, creating consumer centered brand experiences that can increase company and products awareness. The selected team assigned to this project started gathering useful information from meetings with key individuals which was necessary to inspire the creativity phase in order to develop the organization of several events and sponsorship management. This events was actively reflected before, during and after on social media and different digital channels to make this participation even wider in terms of audience. We reinforced these communication messages of the brand and their products by sponsoring various activities which significantly increased the Albanian consumer’s awareness about the brand and the products that the company provides the Albanian market with. During the events we created different tools to engage with the customers, from Guerrilla marketing to promotional branded items, challenges, gifts and digital presence with TV spots and live sessions on the stage.
