Established in 1966, Fineurop is a group whose expertise is based on forty years of growth and success in the Italian market, having undertaken projects that have led it to operate in a wide variety of industrial sectors. Throughout its development, the focus on key phases has transformed a cutting-edge operators in the financial markets into a market leader in the fields of structured and export finance. Fineurop is active in international cooperation, through its subsidiary company Eurosupport, concluding projects involving multidisciplinary technical assistance funded by the main international donors such as the World Bank and the European Commission. The beneficiaries of these projects are authorities and institutions in developing countries or candidate countries on the path to joining the European Union. Their experts provide professional assistance in key areas such as public administration reform, legal harmonization, and strategies for integration into the EU, support for SMEs, and procurement of goods, services, and labor.
Vatra was appointed to design and launch a wide range of projects and programs for Fineurop EU. Projects in Albania were Support to Public Procurement System in Albania (SPPS) and Support to the Ministry of European Integration of Albania (SMEI). The requirement was to develop a corporate identity and TVC with a main objective to bring to light and to emphasize the support that is provided to strengthen and further the development of the legal framework in public procurement, governmental justice reform, qualification of staff as well as for other sectors in alignment with EU legislation. The project in Kosova was Reform to the Public Procurement System in Kosova (RPPS). The requirement was to develop an identity that reflected the program and its goal.
Projects in Albania: Dynamic representative colors of EU flag elements were synthesized in a line of freehand drawing to compose the identity of SMEI. Half of the star is designed red to incorporate the colors of the Albanian flag. The continuous sketch line reflects development and integrity. For the SPPS identity, Vatra developed a dynamic colorful shape, which shows mainly a star, the symbol of the EU flag. The brush style symbol underlines the concept of continuity, change and development. Program objectives are presented and expressed in balanced but dynamic shapes. The TVC is based in frames of local life, supported by text, ending with the slogan “public money – your money”. For the RPPS project in Kosova, Vatra designed the identity based on a star. The star is formed by arrows that join together in the same point. These arrows have the colors of the EU and Kosova and represent the final objective of EU for Kosovo government. The use of block colors and bold arrow shapes makes the identity strong and very eye-catching. Designed to show movement (which means development “Reform”) the EU colors are supporting the Kosovo colors to work together to reach the final target (The Star). The identity shows clearly the way to reform rather than support.
