ValaMar is a residence complex located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, on one of the most beautiful beaches of this sea, the Gjiri i Lalzit area. Vala Mar Residences is the main recreational destination for individuals and families who want to enjoy nature, but also seek security, construction quality and infrastructure. The residences in the community, including villas and apartments of various types, combine the experience, professionalism and advanced methodology for the benefit of prospect residents and local community. Part of Balfin Group the biggest investment group in Albania and one of the strongest in the region, the managing company trusted us to enhance the performance of both entities in this project conceptualizing and creating a TVC and an Outdoor Campaign. This TVC is going to be distributed and broadcasted constantly in national media, but also in the regional ones. In the final phase of the development of this bold and visionary project, a marketing campaign was needed to introduce the final product to the market through a wide and intense presence in the media. We came up with a modern television commercial which perfectly combines production quality, emotional triggers, and targeted audience. A detailed photo shoot was realized to complete the work with a targeted Out of Home advertising campaign.
