Green Coast Resort is located on the coast of the Ionian Sea, on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Albanian Riviera. Being one of the best resorts in the region, it combines the elegance of architecture with the precious values of nature, history, and culture. Part of Balfin Group the biggest investment group in Albania and one of the strongest in the region, the management company approached Vatra to conceptualize and create a TVC for their major project in Real Estate and Tourism Industry. In the final phase of the development of this bold and visionary project, a marketing campaign was necessary to introduce the final product to the market through a wide and intense presence in the media. Vatra came up a modern television commercial which perfectly combines production quality, emotional triggers, and targeted audience. The commercial was developed with respect to the needs expressed in the brief that was provided by the company and which was complemented with materials as a result of the research conducted by Vatra. A series of social media content was produced to develop an European wide audience social media advertising strategy.
