After implementing ambitious projects like Tirana Business Park and MK Hotel Tirana, the German construction leader, Lindner Group, approached Vatra Agency to launch something totally different. A unique, multi-leveled residential area, placed in the outskirts of Tirana, in a strategic location, and in the middle of the greenery. A set of villas and apartments that will offer a German standard of living.
Our experienced creatives and strategists built from scratch the brand identity of the residence and outlined a communication strategy that could populate all its premises.
A garden where you can live in harmony
To mark the residence as a place where the Lindner Group heritage and international expertise are fanatically applied, we named it Lindner Garden Residence. A garden where upper-middle-income families can live in harmony. The logo is a graphic representation of an olive tree, which better represents the green landscape and biodiversity of the area.
The residence visual identity was implemented in a communication campaign channeled online and on the radio. A dedicated website, appealing social media content, and a lead generation campaign were all followed by an inspiring radio commercial.
