Vatra Tirana is looking for an energetic, high-potential, self-motivated and high-integrity individual Search Engine Optimization/Marketing Specialist who can join our creative team and help to plan, implement and manage both organic SEO and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities for the agency’s clients.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital & Strategies, this is an exciting opportunity to support and learn from other members of the Digital team, and the wider Creative department. what you will do!

• Plan, develop and implement our client’s SEO and PPC strategy;
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization;
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research;
• Identify key SEO KPIs and ongoing keyword research and optimization;
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs;
• Prepare and present reports regularly;
• Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences;
• Identify problems collecting and analyzing data, researching competitors and identifying trends to achieve maximum ROI;
• Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization;
• Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices;
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.

who you have to be!

• More than 1 year of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role;
• 1-2 years of with planning and implementing successful organic SEO strategies and Google Ads PPC campaigns;
• Having its own model of SEO and SEM reporting;
• 1-2 years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development; experience with bid management tools;
• Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics and link building campaigns;
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations;
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success;
• Team player, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
